1. Agreement
By installing or using Slotvation you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Slotvation is published by ENGINEORA LLC,30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
2. Social casino — not real-money gambling
Slotvation is entertainment software. Coins, spins, and prizes are virtual only. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are not a wager on a real-world event.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the app. You are responsible for complying with local laws.
4. Account
Access is tied to your device. You must not attempt to manipulate balances, reuse purchase receipts, or interfere with the server-authoritative game results. You can request deletion of your account at any time on the account deletion page.
5. Virtual currency and purchases
Optional in-app purchases are billed by Apple or Google under their store terms. Virtual items are licensed, not sold, and may be adjusted for security, errors, or service changes. Purchases are generally non-refundable except where store rules or law require otherwise.
6. Acceptable use
Do not cheat, automate play, reverse engineer the math engine, attack our services, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual property
The app, artwork, audio, and related rights belong to ENGINEORA LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the client.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ENGINEORA LLC is not liable for lost coins, lost progress, or indirect damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived in your jurisdiction.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we shut down the service. You may stop using the app at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an in-app notice or version bump constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
